The Hideout


Project Scope

The Hideout Hotel is an offering based out of a renovated pirate ship docked in Nosy Boraha, Madagascar. To create an elevated and luxurious brand that focuses on travel and adventure while avoiding stereotypical pirate tropes, we named the brand “The Hideout.” 

The name “The Hideout” comes from Nosy Boraha’s history as a pirate hideout. The strikeout alludes to the secluded nature of the island and the wave and steering wheel elements were created by piecing together pieces of the letters “D” and “O.”  The color palette was chosen to represent the spirit of ocean adventures.
